Ability Design

‘A human being is said to be limited and confined to his own mind’

Ability Design in essence is a motivational scheme founded on the concept that most youths have the power to be self motivated. All they need is a little trigger with Ideas (thoughts) it is this ideas I intend to provide.

Most of the youths in our society today, are preoccupied with playing games, watching movies or engaged in activities that will not directly impact in their future.

They have no duty bound obligation, since to them their parents are there to satisfy needs. But as time unfolds and they become adults, they come to face the fact that life is not easy as initially presumed, at this stage they have little or no plan to counter the uneasy life, but then accept what life has to offer them with little or no control.

Experience indicates ‘that it is curiosity that keeps us going, the urge to know what will then happen in our lives’. By exposing these youths to the possible paths their life could take, or where they could be, can be, and the benefits, they are made curious and motivated into wanting to go through life in control of what life has to offer. They will do all which is necessary in other to achieve success.

 Goal

A society of youths highly motivated with the right value system (mind set) heading towards success in life and eventually achieving success.

Every one knows success when they see it but the question is do they see it in themselves; the youths have to be made to become more aware of their thoughts, made to think big and creative, because the future depends on what they do in the present.

 Mission (Plan)

This will be achieved by

  • Organizing free series of motivational seminars, for 250 youths between the ages of 14 and 20 years in Kubwa, on Three Saturdays.
  • Providing these youths with manuals on topics discussed.
  • And providing them with the opportunity of surrounding them selves with the best principles.

Why is it that so few people ever achieve their dreams?

The answer is simple, they have never been thought how, and this is an opportunity for these young ones to dream big and live the life of their dreams in the future

Scope

The extent of this scheme will be for 250 youths between the ages of 14 and 20years in Kubwa.
